We were absolutely dreading the process of getting our roof replaced after hearing horror stories from neighbors about contractors taking weeks just to get started. Great Lakes completely shattered those expectations. From the moment we signed the paperwork, they took care of everything.
They pulled our Toledo municipal permits same-day on Tuesday, and by Thursday morning at 7:00 AM, their crew was already setting up on our driveway. It was incredible to watch how coordinated the entire team was. Every single installer had a precise job, and they worked seamlessly together.
The cleanup was just as impressive as the installation itself. They ran magnetic sweeps across our yard multiple times to ensure no rogue nails were left behind for our kids or pets to step on.
