"I'm proud of what our team has accomplished, but I still have a chip on my shoulder," he said. "We didn't work this hard just to make a list. Being ranked No. 118 in the country is a great accomplishment, but it's nowhere close to where I believe Great Lakes can go. We're happy, but we're not satisfied."

"We still have a long way to go, and honestly, that's what excites me the most. There's more to build, more to prove, and another level we haven't reached yet. This is just the beginning."
